CONFERENCE INFORMATION


FULL REGISTRATION
Includes admission to all sessions on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th March 2017. This package also includes trade exhibition, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner and a satchel containing the conference material. The Pre Conference Workshops are held on Thursday 23rd March and are not included in the Full Conference Registration package. Please purchase your Pre Conference Workshop tickets when registering if you would like to attend.

DAY REGISTRATION
(Friday or Saturday) includes admission to sessions and the trade exhibitions on the nominated day, morning and afternoon tea and lunch on that day only, and a satchel containing the conference material. The conference dinner and Welcome Reception are not included in the day registration fee, but a ticket to attend can be purchased when registering.

PAYMENT
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency drawn on an Australian bank and free of all charges. Payment by credit card is also acceptable Full card details must be provided. Payment must accompany your registration form; conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be received by the due date to receive any applicable discount otherwise the next level of payment will be charged.

IMPORTANT DATES
Wednesday 16th November 2016: Deadline for abstracts/submissions
Friday 19th December 2016: Presenters notified of acceptance of abstracts
Friday 3rd February 2017: Early bird registration closes (extended until Friday 17 February)

TRADE EXHIBITION
The trade exhibitions will form an integral element of the Conference. To acknowledge the importance of the trade exhibitions, the program has been structured to ensure delegates have ample time to inspect the displays. Organisations interested in participating in the trade exhibition should contact the Conference Secretariat immediately.

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF REGISTRATION AND OF DINNER PLACE
Your registration confirmation will be forwarded upon registering. Please ensure your details are correct on your registration confirmation. Payment is required within 14 days of registering.

WELCOME RECEPTION
The Welcome Reception will commence at approximately 5.30pm on Thursday 23rd March in the John Niland Scientia Building, University of New South Wales. The Welcome Reception is complimentary for all full registrations. Additional tickets can be purchased at $40.00 per person when registering.


CONFERENCE DINNER
The Conference Dinner will be held from 6.30pm on Friday 24th March  in the John Niland Scientia Building, University of New South Wales. The Conference Dinner is included for full registrations. Additional tickets can be purchased at $75.00 per person when registering.

DRESS CODE
The dress standard for the conference is neat casual attire.

MESSAGES
A message board will be located beside the conference registration desk should you need to contact or be contacted throughout the conference.
