You are invited to attend the Developing Ultrasound Course Dinner


On Friday 29 January there will be a course dinner at Paysanne restaurant in Llandudno 

From 7.30 till late the dinner will be relaxed and a perfect opportunity to network with colleagues and enjoy some fine food 


The Menu 

Starters

Soupe de Pecheur - The legendary Paysanne bouillabaisse-style fish soup served with croutes, rouille and gruyere

Champignon  a la Palframan - Roasted mushroom stuffed with stilton, bacon and onion and wrapped in puff pastry 

Salade de Melon Falaise - Cantaloupe melon and prosciutto salad, with pea-shoot, pink grape fruit, toasted walnuts, olives and a green apple coulis


Mains

Poulet Citron - Roast chicken breast stuffed with gruyere and spinach, served with lemon and tarragon sauce

Pithivier D'artichaut - Artichokes, walnuts, gruyere and thyme wrapped in puff pastry, served with spicy red pepper sauce

Poisson du Jour - a choice of fresh fish from mermaid seafoods chose from; lemon, butter and parsley| cream & spinach | orange & fennel 


Desserts

Cafe Gourmand - Mini creme brulee and red-fruit jelly served with a shot of espresso 

Flan au Fromage - Vanilla cheese cake, served with blueberry sauce 

Peche Pochee - poached pear in white wine, served with toasted nuts and vanilla ice cream
