The Evolution of Travel Policy
Travel Managers around the world are responding to the shifting priorities of their companies and travellers. For years, savings have driven policy but, whilst they remain an important measure, we are seeing emphasis move towards service by putting the traveller at the heart of policy setting. Other companies are consider integrating travel, risk and meetings & events into a single policy. Yet, some are questioning the need for a policy at all.
