Using a ten point action plan, Morna Grandison will outline the steps you can take to protect your firm against fraud. Morna will discuss internal and external fraud trends and will help you understand how to protect your firm from identity fraud and revolving deposit mortgage fraud. 

Morna Grandison has worked as head of the Law Society’s Intervention team for 19 years, investigating complex fraud cases involving law firms. She sits on a government cross industry working group, set up to identify current trends in mortgage fraud and steps that can be taken to reduce risk.
