CANCELLATION POLICY: 

All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing to MCA Events SRL (registration@birth2016china.org) 

- Full refund will be refunded for cancellations received before January 1^st 2016, less Euro 50,00 handling fee; 

- 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellations received before March 1^st 2016; 

- After the above-mentioned deadlines, no reimbursement can be claimed for cancellation; 

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the Congress.
