Dress Code

The attire for the conference is business casual. Slacks, button-down collared shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses and comfortable shoes are always appropriate. Suites and ties are not required. A jacket or light sweater is suggested for those that get get cold in the meeting room. 

Taxi Transportation

Taxis are readily available at the Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK). The estimated taxi charge for one way is 95 CNY, and it is a 40-minute drive.

Educational Certification - New to 2016!

Get the most out of ACTE Beijing and receive an official Certification in Travel Management with our new educational resource. SkyTeam, ACTE and Sun Yat-Sen University have paired with our conference speakers and organised session quizzes for all attendees to participate in. In order to acquire the correct answers, you must attend that specific session. If you pass three quizzes (out of a total of 15) you will be awarded an official certificate on-site that you can take back to your organisation and display to your boss, colleagues and/or peers. Quizzes will be accessible by downloading the ACTE Beijing Mobile App - additional details about the mobile app will be announced in future emails.

Airport Pick-up:
1. The benchmark mileage of the airport pick-up are calculated as the distance between
downtown and the airport. Beijing pick-up mileage is limited to 40kms and over mileage will be
charged as 4RMB per km. The quotation given above includes the driver`s service fee, tolls
and airport meet and greet fee.
2. Waiting fee will be charged as 50RMB per hour, maximum 200RMB.
3. The parking fees are charged by what is accrued.

Daily rental Remark:
1. Daily Rental: 100kms and limit of  9hours; Half-Day Rental: 50kms and  4 hours.
2. Passat/BMW 320/Buick GL8, overtime will be 50RMB per hour, over mileage will be
4RMB per km.
3. Audi A6L overtime charged as 60RMB per hour, 6RMB per km.
4. The parking fee are charged by what is accrued.
