JW Marriott Hotel Beijing is offering special rates for ACTE Corporate Travel Conference attendees for stay from 22 to 28 August 2016:
Deluxe room for 1300 CNY* per night per one adut.
Deluxe room for 1450 CNY* per night per two aduts.

*All rates are subject to 10% service charge + 6% VAT per room per day. Room rates include daily buffet breakfast and complimentary in-room wired and wireless internet.

Arrival and Departure
The official check in time is after 2:00pm and check out time is prior to 12:00noon.Guest arriving before 2:00pm will be charged a full day's guestroom rate to guarantee immediate check in upon arrival. Late check out between 12:00 to 6:00pm, a 50% of contracted rate will be levied, after 6:00pm onwards, a full day's contracted rate will be levied.
Reservation Guarantee
The reservations must complete the online and provide credit card information to guarantee the reservation. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee. All reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered NO –SHOWS and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be posted to the individual attendee’s credit card on file.
Parking
Parking fee is 5 CNY hourly and 120 CNY daily.
