Dress Code

The attire for the conference is business casual. A jacket or light sweater is recommended for those who get chilly in the meeting rooms.

Special Lyft Offer for ACTE Attendees

As you prepare to touch down in Dallas for ACTE, let Lyft take care of your ride to the event. All ACTE attendees can receive $30 towards their ride from Dallas Fort-Worth and Dallas Love Field to the conference using code "ACTE2016" in the payments section of the Lyft app. You must use Lyft Classic Rides for the code to work. ACTE Networking Reception - April 18th @ 5pm
This reception will be held in a truly unique venue - an American Airlines Hangar 5 at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and music as you mix and mingle with industry colleagues and American Airlines flight attendants and pilots. You'll even have the opportunity to tour American's custom designed Boeing 787 Dreamliner. 

Secure access to the reception requires attendees must take ACTE bus transportation to and from the hotel. The first bus will leave the hotel at 5:15pm, and return buses will leave between 7:30 and 8:15pm. For your safety, you can not wear high heels and/or open toe shoes.

American Airlines Concierge Desk

Customers flying on American Airlines may take advantage of the Concierge desk located outside of the ACTE Registration area located on Level 2 for any itinerary questions, seat assignments, or general flight assistance. american Airlines personnel will be available to assist on Monday and Tuesday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
