Nominate Young Lawyers For Law Tribune Honors

It’s time to start thinking about the Connecticut Law Tribune’s annual New Leaders in the Law event.

We’re looking to spotlight lawyers under the age of 40 who have excelled in the courtroom, in client service and cultivation, in service to bar associations and in performing pro bono work or community service in a volunteer capacity. It’s important to note that nominees need not excel in every one of these areas; just one or two will suffice.

It’s also important to note that those nominated have a better-than-Powerball chance of being chosen. Last year, we picked about 60 attorneys. This year, we’re not locking in on a certain number, but have set our usual goal to choose a wide range of honorees who represent all facets of the law and all corners of the state.

To nominate a colleague, visit ctlawtribune.com and click on the New Leaders link under the Top News section at the top of the home page. Completed nomination forms are due July 3. Those chosen will be honored at the Bond Ballroom in Hartford on Nov. 4. For more information, contact psussman@alm.com.
