Registration category details

HIMSS Member

Rate applies to HIMSS Members. If you are not a HIMSS Member, you may join during the registration process and benefit from the HIMSS Member rate for 2016!

Rate does not apply to Non-Sponsoring Vendors.

HIMSS Non-Member

Rate applies to employees of governmental institutions, hospitals and healthcare providers, universities, associations, NGOs, not-for-profit or public funded organisations that are not HIMSS Members.

Rate does not apply to Non-Sponsoring Vendors.

Non-Sponsoring Vendor

Rate applies to vendors who are not sponsoring or exhibiting at eHealth Week 2016.

Single Day Only

For those who are pressed for time, a single day rate is available for Wednesday OR Thursday! So, if you can only make it for one day, you're in luck! Included in your registration fee are a delegate bag and conference materials (while supplies last) and access to education sessions and exhibit hall during exhibition hours on the day you are registered. Rate does not include any optional events which are available for additional purchase.

Rate does not apply to Non-Sponsoring Vendors.

Exhibit Hall Only and Matchmaking

Special rate for Exhibition Hall only pass on Wednesday OR Thursday with access to Matchmaking event on the selected day. Price also includes lunch but does not allow for access to education sessions.

Events Only

Select this registration when you only want to attend an Optional Event. Price includes access to the event only and does not allow for access to education sessions or the exhibition hall.

Rates:

• SuperSaver – €399.00 (available through 11 April)
• Regular – €499.00 (available as of 12 April)
• Rates exclude 21% VAT
  

Conditions:

• HIMSS reserves the right to evaluate each request on an individual basis.
• Applicants must provide an official statement that complies with the European Commission's criteria, issued by a national registry, SME association or legal/finance department in which they have been declared a small or micro company.
• Please submit your request and supporting documents to Ela Staniuk in order to receive your discount code.

Low & Lower-Middle-Income Economies (LMIs)

Rates

• 30% discount on the total registration purchase

REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth below.

For all registrations and payments received now through 11 April 2016, the SuperSaver registration rate will apply. As of 12 April 2016, you may register and pay the onsite fee.

Confirmations will be sent via email. If you have not received a confirmation email or your registration information is incorrect, please contact Customer Service: +44 1273 900 215 or +1 801 727 8951 or eHealthWeek@itnint.com.

For security reasons, registrants will be issued a badge onsite which are required to be worn at all times during the conference and any organised functions. Badge swapping is strictly not allowed. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match their identification will be evicted from the conference with no refund.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any programmes and to close registrations when programmes are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. Should eHealth Week 2016 be cancelled, your registration fee will not be refunded but will automatically be applied to the next event.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing via email to eHealthWeek@itnint.com.

Cancellation through 9 May 2016 – €100.00 administrative fee will be forfeited.

Cancellation after 9 May 2016 – 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.

Reinstating of registration is not permitted after cancellation. You will need to register again. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will apply.

PAYMENT

Our online registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as American Express, VISA and MasterCard are accepted.

Wire transfers may also be made by registering online and selecting the wire transfer payment (option available until 27 May 2016). Please ensure to settle your payment within 14 days from receiving your registration confirmation to the following bank account:
