Q. What are the Conference dates?

Q. How can I register for the Conference?

A. You can register via a dedicated eHealth Week Registration website. For queries and updates about registration please contact Ela Staniuk.

Q. Where do I pick up my badge?

A. Badge pick-up and new registrations will be available in the Registration Area located at the entrance foyer on the ground floor.
For security purposes, all attendees are asked to wear their name badge received at registration to all events during the Conference.
Attendees without a name badge will be asked to obtain a new one from the registration desk.

Q. How much is registration?

A. *Please note that rates exclude 21% VAT.

Q. Is there a minimum age limit at the eHealth Week?

A. Yes, all registrants (including guests) must be 18 years of age or older to attend the conference.

General questions

Q. How is the weather in Amsterdam in June?

A. In June, the average temperature is 18-20°C.

Q. What kind of currency do I have to use?

A. The Euro (EUR) is the official currency of The Netherlands.

Q. Do I need a visa to enter The Netherlands?

A. The Netherlands is a member state of the European Union and travelers have the same rules as in other EU member states. The Netherlands is a signatory of the Schengen Agreement; accordingly there is no border control for persons entering from the European Union.
Whether you need a Schengen visa or not depends on your nationality.

Q. If I do need a visa, who do I contact to receive my Letter of Invitation?

A. To receive an official Letter of Invitation, please register and pay for the conference and then email Ela Staniuk. HIMSS Europe can only provide a Letter of Invitation and proof of conference registration. We are not able to apply for a visa on your behalf.

Cancellation policy

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Customer Service at eHealthWeek@itnint.com.
For cancellations received through May 9th, 2016, €100.00 administrative fee will be forfeited. For cancellations made after May 9th, 2016, 100% of the registration fee will be charged.
Reinstating of registration is not permitted after cancellation. You will need to register again. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference.

Q. I have registered, but have not received a confirmation. How do I get another one sent to me?

A. If you have not received a confirmation email or your registration information is incorrect, please contact Customer Service: +44 1273 900 215 or +1 801 727 8951 or eHealthWeek@itnint.com.

Q. I have registered, but can no longer attend the conference. Can I send someone else in my place?

A. Yes, however the substitute must pay any difference in registration rate based on membership status. Example: If you are a Member and they are not, the registration difference must be paid.
Please send the substitute’s information in writing to eHealthWeek@itnint.com.
If the substitution takes place on-site they must bring a letter on company letterhead verifying the substitution.
