Accommodation
Accommodation rates have been negotiated with the following suppliers. Accommodation can be booked during the registration process.
Please book prior to the closing date of Friday 30th January 2015. Cancellation fees may apply after this time. Please direct all accommodation enquiries and changes in writing to the Conference Managers. The accommodation venues WILL NOT accept direct bookings. If requested accommodation is not available, we will reserve a similar alternative.

Cancellation Policy:
Should a guest
cancel their accommodation booking within 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel
will charge the credit card provided the first night’s stay as a cancellation
fee.
Arrival Time
Please indicate on your registration form your estimated time of arrival. Check in time is usually from 3:00pm. Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check in time please book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival.
Late Arrivals
Failure to advise late arrival time may mean that your room will be released.
To Secure Accommodation
Your account is to be settled directly with the hotel upon checkout. Any no-show fees will be charged to your credit card. Room rates are in NZ Dollars and include NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% unless otherwise specified.
Due to increasingly frequent issues with credit card fraud, the banks and credit card companies are imposing restrictions to the way we process client’s credit card information. Workz4U is now fully PCI Compliant with our bank and credit card companies. We are no longer able to pass it on to the accommodation venues. We will retain your credit card details and if you fail to arrive or pay for your accommodation we will charge the appropriate amount to the credit card provided by you.
Change of Booking and Cancellations
All reservations are subject to the hotel cancellation policy. Should a guest cancel their accommodation booking within 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge the credit card provided the first night’s stay as a cancellation fee and if within 48 hours will charge full room costs for all nights. Any cancellation or change to a reservation must be made in writing to the conference organisers at conferences@w4u.co.nz
Sharing Accommodation
Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking. Accommodation has been organised for delegates of the conference. Prices quoted are on a per night basis and do not include breakfast unless otherwise stated.
