Heba El Hangouri
Clinical Liaison / Care Coordinator - Al Ain

Heba earned her BSN, RN in 2012 from the University of Southern Queensland. She has a strong clinical background with 8 years nursing experience from her time as an ICU nurse at Al Ain Hospital and during her time at ProVita Al Ain, as well as earning her PALS training instructor certificate.

Heba was born and raised in Al Ain, which allows for her to have extensive knowledge and insight of the local culture and the local medical care available in the area.

 
Maureen Almai
Chief Operations Officer

Maureen Almai received her Master’s of Science in Nursing from London University. She received an additional Certification in Neonatal Nursing and has had a variety of experiences with neonatal and pediatric patients primarily in the intensive care setting. She married and settled in the USA and recently relocated to Abu Dhabi with her family. Prior to her move, Maureen worked for The State of Connecticut, Department of Developmental Services as the Clinical Coordinator overseeing the medical services for patients in their homes.
 
Skye Brown
Registered Nurse and Midwife (UK)
A qualified UK trained Adult Nurse and Bsc (Hons) degree holder in Midwifery with over three years clinical experience. Experienced inObstetrics, accident and emergency, Outpatient endoscopic procedures, cancer care and ward rehabilitation. The experience I have gained in teaching hospitals has allowed me to rapidly grow in confidence as a Nurse and Midwife. Friendly, enthusiastic and approachable individual with a proven track record for providing effective bedside manner in a diverse and ever changing environment. Has the ability to effectively organise and prioritise one’s own work while ensuring the highest of standards. Works well in a team and independently, enjoys a challenging environment and has the ability to adapt and learn quickly. Has a real passion and drive to succeed.
 
Janice Murphy
COO
Janice G. Murphy, RN, BSN, MSN, FACHE, is former President of Fairview Hospital, which employs more than 3,800 employees. She has served as President of Fairview Hospital since May 1, 2007. She joined SKMC in the role of Chief Operations Officer on September 8, 2013.

Murphy began her career at Fairview Hospital as a bedside nurse in Oncology in 1978. Since then, she served in various leadership positions at Fairview Hospital and has been involved in many leadership roles in the Greater Cleveland healthcare community. She brings a diverse background in both clinical and administrative settings and a first-hand understanding of patient, physician and employee needs to her leadership.

Noted as one of her greatest accomplishments, Murphy successfully led Fairview Hospital to Magnet status. A Magnet hospital offers open communication between nurses and other members of the healthcare team. In addition, under her leadership, Fairview Hospital has been named a 100 Top Hospital by Thompson Reuters in 2007 and 2011.

Murphy received her licensed practical nursing degree from Marymount School of Practical Nursing and her registered nursing degree from Fairview Hospital School of Nursing. She received her bachelor of science in nursing from Bowling Green State University and her master of science in nursing from Akron University-Mary Gladwyn Hall.

In 2009, Murphy was named a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. In 2010, she was elected as a Regent for the American College of Healthcare Executives for Ohio Northern.
Murphy is a member of the Healthcare Executives Association of Northeast Ohio; American Organization of Nurse Executives; and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nurses. She is on the board of directors of St. Joseph Academy, Center for Health Affairs, Hospice of the Western Reserve, North Coast Health Ministry, American College of Healthcare Executives and Ursuline Community Nursing Advisory Board.

Understanding the importance of philanthropic giving and outreach, Murphy works closely with the Community West Foundation to obtain philanthropic support for Fairview Hospital.
Murphy is a faculty member of the Cleveland Clinic Academy and the Cleveland Clinic Center for Leadership and Learning. She is a frequent keynote speaker and guest panelist at prestigious events including Northern Ohio's Association of Healthcare Quality, Cleveland Clinic Academy, and Smart Business’ Annual Perspectives: Women Who Excel.

UK Registered Nurse and over 25 years experience as a Registered Health Visitor having covered major cities of the United Kingdom, including Glasgow and Birmingham. Jackie is a Post natal specialist in the community, offering support and information on all aspects of child and maternal health. Expert in child development, breast feeding and nutrition in babies and children.Advicing new mothers on minor illnesses, weaning and child dental health as well as sleep and behavioural problems. The role of the Health Visitor is not recognised in the UAE, but it is a valued profession in the U.K.
