Coronial Inquest findings identified some critical areas where our systems
failed with tragic results. There is much that we can learn from this deeply
distressing event.
At this seminar we will go through the Coroner’s recommendations and hear from representatives of the Fire Services, the Police and Drug and Alcohol services regarding what we can do to prevent a recurrence of such a heart-breaking catastrophe as this.
