When should I arrive?
Most students will get into town first thing Saturday morning. We are allowing interviewing companies to begin interviewing students as early as Friday at 2:00 pm. The program itself begins at 1:00 pm on Saturday. You should plan to arrive in time to find parking, check into your hotel room, and stop by registration by 1:00 pm on Saturday.
When should I book my hotel?
As soon as you know your travel plans and definitely before Christmas! Most hotels require a credit card number to hold the room, but will not require payment until arrival or checkout. The hotel will book up quickly and the cutoff date to get the conference discount is Wednesday, January 7, 2015.
Will there be shuttles to & from the airport?
We will not be providing shuttles from the airport this year. Please see the Hotel & Travel tab for more information on getting to the hotel.
How far is it from the airport?
The Hyatt Regency Savannah is located about 20 minutes, 10 miles, from the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.
Does the hotel have breakfast?
The Hyatt Regency has a restaurant that serves breakfast, but does not offer continental breakfast. Breakfast is included in the program on Sunday morning and will be provided on Monday morning before the tours. For more information on hotel dining options, please visit their website.
