Dr. Fayeza graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences in Al Ain in 1999. She completed her internship in Tawam and Al Ain hospitals in July 2000. She joined the family medicine & Community medicine residency program in Abu Dhabi in October 2000 and graduated in 2005. She also completed her Executive Masters in Healthcare administration in October 2012. She has been working in Bateen clinic as a family physician since June 2005. In August 2006, she joined the Abu Dhabi Family medicine residency program as a core faculty. Her responsibilities include clinical training, conducting academic workshops, mentoring and evaluating post graduate residents, among others activities. Since February 2010, she has also been working as a Contract Management Unit manager for Corniche Hospital, working as a liaison officer between Abu Dhabi Healthcare Services Company (SEHA), and Johns Hopkins Medicine International. .
