What is Meeting-in-a-Meeting?

(Available to Gold and Silver Level Corporate Members only) Meeting-in-a-Meeting is an opportunity for your team to meet, plan, and strategize in a private meeting room while you attend the 2014 WERC Annual Conference. WERC's professional meeting planners will reserve a conference room for your exclusive use at no cost to your company. This is a popular benefit, so you'll want to contact us early to reserve your space. (Availability is limited.)

A clean, comfortable, and professional meeting setting that is set to your specifications. (Water, mints/candies, pens, paper, draped tables, and chairs are included. Additional services available for a fee.)

You tell us when and how you want the room set up and we take care of reserving the room. 

Through the host location, additional services will be available to make your event complete (A/V, catered food and beverage not already included with the conference, etc.)
