3:00 pm 3 days prior to your arrival - Last opportunity to cancel a reservation without penalty of one night’s room & tax charges

Terms & Conditions:

The group room rate is available April 30 - May 7, 2015.   All reservations require a credit card for guarantee. One night’s room and tax will be charged if you cancel after 3:00 pm three (3) days prior to your arrival date.

Rooms at the conference rate will be available only until Friday, April 3, 2015 or until the group’s room block is sold out, whichever comes first. A limited number of guest rooms have been reserved, and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The room block may be filled prior to the cut-off date, in which case neither the group rate nor guest room availability is guaranteed. 

The hotel room block is reserved for registered conference attendees. WERC has the right to audit the reservations within the group’s room block against the conference attendee roster. Hotel reservations that cannot be matched to a conference registration may be removed, without notice, from the room block and may result in either cancellation of the reservation or a rate adjustment to the hotel’s prevailing room rate.
