All inside exhibit booth spaces are SOLD OUT for WiVi 2015.

A few outdoor exhibit spaces and some brand sponsorships are still available. Outdoor exhibit spaces are designed for large equipment displays. The area is not enclosed and tents are not included but they are available for equipment only rental.

INDOOR BOOTH SPACES

In 2015, WiVi has multiple sizes of indoor booths, including 8’ x 10’, 10’ x 10’ and corner booths. All tradeshow items and services are being managed by Tricord Tradeshow Services. After you have completed your registration, you will be prompted to confirm your table and chairs, and order any additional items you may need.

·         All booth spaces include the following:

·         6’ Table with skirt + 2 chairs - (Order must be confirmed with Tricord Tradeshow Services)

·         Trashcan

·         Business Listing in Tradeshow program

·         Exhibitor listing on event website

·         25 complimentary tradeshow guest passes

·         The ability to purchase a large equipment outdoor exhibit space (15x15) for $250

·         Event liability insurance

·         4 Exhibitor Registrations. Additional Exhibitor Passes are available for $25/pp through February 28, 2015 and $45/pp beginning on March 1, 2015. Exhibitor registrations include the following meals and events:

o   Exhibitor Lunch – Tuesday, March 17, 2014 – 12 p.m.

o   WiVi Launch Pizza Party – Tuesday, March 17, 2014 – 5-7 p.m.

o   Grand Tasting – Wednesday, March 18, 2014 – 4-5:30 p.m.

Pricing

·         8x10 Booths:  $900

·         10x10 Booths: $1,050

·         Corner Booths: refer to pricing on online registration map

·         Add an outdoor exhibit space for $250 when purchased with an indoor booth

 

OUTDOOR EXHIBIT SPACES

NEW for 2015 – three outdoor sponsor exhibit booths are available. The tradeshow entrance has also been changed so that guests will enter between the two tradeshow halls so that the outdoor exhibits will be the first thing they see when they enter.

Outdoor exhibit spaces are designed for companies exhibiting large, outdoor equipment. Tents are not provided and tables and chairs are available upon request. Outdoor exhibit spaces include:

·         15x15 outdoor exhibit space

·         6’ tables and 2 chairs (Order must be confirmed with Tricord Tradeshow Services)

·         Business Listing in Tradeshow program

·         Exhibitor listing on event website

·         25 complimentary tradeshow guest passes

·         4 Exhibitor Registrations. Additional Exhibitor Passes are available for $25/pp through February 28, 2015 and $45/pp beginning on March 1, 2015. Exhibitor registrations include the following meals and events:
