 How to Book an Exhibition Space

  To book an Exhibition Stand - Select the stand from the floor plan below.  Click on the stand which will then take you through to 
  a booking form where you will be asked to complete your details before progressing to the payment area.

  Exhibition Costs

  Standard Exhibition Stand: $1,800.00 excl GST ($2,070.00 incl GST)
  Small Business Stand: $750.00 excl GST ($862.50.00 incl GST) -  Criteria Applies 

  Please note: a 50 word profile outlining your products and services will be required as part of this online process which will be 
  published in the Conference Handbook.

Entry to the exhibition area is adjacent to stand number 17.

  All exhibitors and sponsors will need to be approved by New Zealand College of Midwives to ensure they fit within their Code of  Ethics

  Terms & Conditions: 
  •  New Zealand College of Midwives - Code of Practice Sponsors and exhibitors must comply with the guidelines outlined in the  most recent edition of the NZCOM Code of Practice, including any products or services advertised, displayed or offered at the  conference. 
  •  Sponsorship packages and exhibition space will be allocated only on receipt of the booking form. 
  •  The payment for the stand must be received on the 20th of the month following the original invoice date. If full payment is not  received by this date NZCOM reserves the right to re-assign your sponsorship or display space. 
  •  All payments should be made in New Zealand dollars, by credit card or bank transfer.  
  •  All payments must be received prior to the Conference. No sponsor or exhibitor will be allowed to set up their exhibition stand if  full payment has not been received. 
  •  Sponsors and exhibitors may not assign or sublet any part of their exhibition space without approval from NZCOM. 
  •  The Organising Committee may need to make changes to the floor plan, however changes will not be undertaken without    discussion with the companies affected. Cancellation Policy Cancellation of an exhibition stand will be accepted until Monday 02  July 2018 and will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total invoiced amount. No refunds will be given upon cancellation after  Monday 02 July 2018.
