Tips for a Successful Show

We are often asked what the best location will be, but traffic flow is difficult to predict. Both the North and South Convention Lobbies are spaces through which attendees will walk to find the meeting and event spaces. These are both bright spaces with floor to ceiling windows along one wall, and will be host to our regular coffee breaks throughout the meeting.

You should have a successful show if you market in advance to meeting attendees, consider participating in the prize drawing, and have representatives available to share information about your products and services.

New this year! You may wish to participate in AAUP's first-ever Solutions Showcase where companies have the opportunity to deliver dynamic, lightning-round presentations to our full attendance.
