Abstract Presentation Policy
The free paper presentations are scheduled on Friday, May 5th and Saturday, May 6th. Presenting authors will be notified about your presentation time once your abstract is accepted as a free paper. Oral presentations are 10 minutes in length, and will be followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers. Presenting authors will be reviewed during their presentation, and the Henri Horoszowski award recipient will be announced on the final day of the Congress.
Poster Presentation
Posters will be displayed from Friday, May 5th to Sunday, May 7th. Information on poster viewing times, poster size, set-up and removal will be included in the abstract notification email. In addition to presenting your poster at the Congress, poster presenters are obligated to submit their poster as PDF to the WFH for posting on the website.
