  • 18 Apr - abstract submissions close
  • 12 May - program information and speaker presentation notifications sent
  • 21 Jul - speaker registrations close
  • 18 Oct - presentations visuals due
  • 20 Oct  - speaker paper/ presentation delegate notes due
How to submit an abstract

Note: Please use Google Chrome or Firefox browser - not Internet Explorer if possible.  
You may experience difficulties if you use older versions of Internet Explorer i.e. not all buttons may appear on your screen and you may not be able to complete you submission.
Steps to submit your abstract (by login):
Create Login
  1. Create a personal login - Select the Login tab at the top or click here 
  2. The Login will take you creating a Profile - once you have completed your details and created a login password, select the save button at the bottom. 
You will then automatically be logged in and the Submission tab at the top of the page will appear.

  1. Then select the Submission tab at the top of this page.
  2. Once on the submission page, select add submission. 
  3. You will be required to complete and upload your abstract, biography and other presentation details. 
  4. Ensure you selected save and continue regularly so that you don't loose information - if you leave your computer sit idol for an extended period you may loose this information. 
  5. When you're happy with the final detail select save and submit button.
  6. To submit more than one abstract - repeat step 4 onwards.
