Call for Abstracts Site

To start your submission:

- Browser: for best results, we strongly recommend using Chrome or Firefox when submitting your abstract. Internet Explorer is not recommended, unless you have to;

- Login (top left corner of this page). NEW USERS: click on 'New User?' to create an account; Forgot your password? Click on 'Forgot Password';

- Go to Submissions (top left corner of this page), and click on 'Your Submissions + Add New’;

- Fill out ALL of the mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk*);

- Click ‘Next’ to move to the next page;

- Click ‘Save and Continue Later’ before you exit your submission;

- Click ‘Save & Submit’ only when you have completed your submission;
- You will receive an automated email confirming your submission.

To check your submission status (complete/ incomplete) and to edit:

- Login (top left corner of this page) and:

1) To edit you submission: open your submission (click on the edit icon on the top-right corner of your
submission), and make the necessary updates; Click ‘Save & Submit’ when finished;

2) To check submission status - check under 'Submission Completeness': will show 'Complete' or
'Incomplete'

NOTE: if you had previously saved & submitted your submission, you will still be able to make changes to your submission until deadline.

Key Dates:

Abstract submission open: Monday, June 17, 2019
Deadline to submit: Extend to Thursday, February 13, 2020, midnight EST
Acceptance/decline notices sent by: Friday February 28, 2020
Speakers to confirm availability to present by: Friday, March 6, 2020
