To submit a proposal, go to the Submissions page and click "Add new". You may also view and edit your abstracts here.
Extended Submission Deadline: All proposals must be officially submitted (click on Save and Submit) by November 22, 2017, 11:59PM EDT (UTC-5).
Acceptance: Notice of acceptance of proposals will be sent no later than December 8, 2017.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure data is saved:
- Avoid clicking on the ''Back'' or ''Forward'' buttons of your browser during the submission process.
- Save periodically with ''Save & Continue Later'' to avoid time-out.
- To finalize for review save with ''Save & Submit''.
