To submit an abstract, go to the Submissions page and click “add new”. You may also view and edit your abstract there.
Once officially submitted (with Save & Submit), abstracts can no longer be edited.
Extended Submission Deadline: Your abstract must be officially submitted (click on Save & Submit) by Wednesday, September 27, 2017, 11:59 PM PT (UTC-8).
Acceptance: Notice of acceptance will be sent by Thursday, October 26, 2017.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure data is saved:
• Avoid clicking on the 'Back' or 'Forward' buttons of your browser during the submission process.
• Save periodically with 'Save & Continue Later' to avoid time-out.
