You are invited to submit a proposal for NAEP's 2020 Annual Conference scheduled for April 5th - 8th in Nashville, TN.

Our members look forward to engaging and thought-provoking sessions that help to advance their knowledge and skills. During the 2020 annual conference, we anticipate offering 40 to 45 concurrent sessions. Most attendees will be procurement professionals from two- and four-year institutions, representing public, private, research, K-12 school districts and healthcare areas. Also in attendance will be individuals from other disciplines that work closely with procurement such as payables, travel, supply chain, supplier diversity, facilities, materials management, contract management, food services, auxiliary services, HR, telecommunications and information technologies. Suppliers are also considered attendees and may participate in sessions.

2020 NAEP Annual Conference

This year's theme is "Getting in Tune With Procurement". As we meet in Nashville, TN in April 2020, we will offer over 40 educational sessions within six tracks, 1) Analytics, 2) Diversity/Sustainability, 3) Procure to Pay that includes: Contracts, Payables, Technology and Travel and Expense, 4) Strategic Sourcing, 5) Supplier Management and 6) Supply Chain. We will also provide multiple opportunities for extended networking so you may share new concepts and discuss methods to implement these best practices after the meeting.

By submitting a proposal, you help to shape the educational content offered to attendees. If selected as a conference session presenter, you gain visibility in the industry and contribute to the advancement of your profession!
