STEP 1
Click on the "Login" tab to create an account with your email address.
STEP 2
Once you have created your account, you may enter a submission(s) anytime. Simply click on "Submission" then "Add New". If you can't finish your proposal, you can save and return to finish entering your submission
or make edits at any time.
IMPORTANT!
Do NOT click on "submit" until you are completely finished entering your proposal
as you will not be able to return to the editing process.
Submission Deadline April 13, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUBMIT ANY PROPOSALS AFTER 5 PM ON April 13.
