How Presenters are Chosen

One of the goals of ESX is to provide peer-to-peer learning opportunities to our attendees. This means that our search for presenters focuses on security dealers and integrators who have had success implementing a new practice, business model, product or service. The goal of all sessions is to deliver practical and meaningful business and industry intelligence for entrepreneurs, C-level executives, functional managers and influencers. The ESX Advisors have identified the key topics for the 2019 education program. Prospective presenters who have experience in these areas will be given first consideration. Topics are listed below.

Presenter Terms and Conditions

  • ESX does not pay per diem, honorariums or expenses
  • Presenters must provide non-product specific guidance to the audience and avoid marketing or sales promotion.
  • ESX Education sessions are 60 minutes in length (interactive sessions are encouraged).
  • Presenters may be asked to co-present or present as part of a panel.
  • Presenters will be expected to work with the ESX Education Chair and the ESX Education Management team to ensure relevance and interactivity with the audience.
  • The presenter agrees to allow ESX to record and/or transcribe the presentation. Presenters also release all rights to the duplication and distribution of recording for publication in conjunction with the ESX event, and share copyrights with ESX for distribution of information in the conference related materials and activities.
