Information for successful submitters
- Congress abstracts will be published in the Congress program book
- Oral presentations will be 12 – 15 minutes
- Posters will measure no more than 120cm high x 85cm wide (AO size)
- Rapid Fire Presentations will be 3 minutes. Maximum 3 slides (including Title Slide)
- All presenters must register for a minimum of one day of the Congress by the Early Bird Deadline for registration (1 October 2018) or the presentation will be withdrawn from the program. There is no funding or discounted registrations available for submitted abstracts. Presenters selected for oral and poster presentations are expected to attend the 2018 congress and cover their own costs of attendance.
- Presenting author must be the person presenting at the congress. If presenting author changes, please contact ayacongress@maxims-travel.com
