Thank you for your interest in our ‘Innovative Approaches to First Aid Education’ plenary session and competition. This completion is open to international submissions. For your submission to be considered and selected as a semi-finalist (to be presented for voting at the plenary session) you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Your submission must be an original piece of work of which you hold the intellectual property rights to share.
• You must be 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the country in which you reside) or older
• You must be registered and attend the 2018 International First Aid Education Conference (taking place April 23-25, 2018 at Sheraton on the Falls, Niagara Falls, ON) and be available to present in-person at the plenary session.

All semi-finalists and their submission will be featured within the conference program and on-site at the event (this may include but is not limited to display of their likeness and biographical information, as well as details on their approach to first aid education). The winning submission (as selected based on audience voting) will be profiled within an upcoming edition of the International Journal of First Aid Education. Other submissions may be published by the Canadian Red Cross on Boulevard (our online tool hub for Instructors) or other public communication forms. Applicants will be credited each time that the submission is published.
