General Rules
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
- One author is allowed to submit several abstracts.
- Authors should select the presentation preference for each contribution. Nevertheless, the Organising Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for an Oral Presentation.
- Presenting authors will be notified via e-mail regarding the status of their abstract acceptance.
- If an abstract is accepted, the presenting author must be one of the authors and must register and attend the congress and defend the paper.
- Once accepted, a presentation cannot be included in the Final Programme unless it is accompanied by a completed Registration Form with the appropriate payment of the first author.
To submit your contribution, please follow these instructions:
- Write title in CAPS, written without full stop
- Select your preferred presentation type (oral or poster)
- Write or paste the content of the abstract in the “Abstract Text” field
- The abstract text may not be longer than 400 words.
- Tables can be added, but neither figures nor graphics can be included in
- Please structure your abstract with the following items:
Introduction
Objectives
Methods
Results
Conclusions
Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be considered for inclusion in the program.
