Participants will gain a Six Sigma Green Belt level understanding of Lean, Value, Lean Principles, Value Stream Mapping, Factory Physics and Lean Tools to achieve successful project implementation and value-added improvement processes. Upon completion of all of the requirements for the program, the student will receive certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. The course instruction goes from May 13, 2020 to August 12, 2020, ​and ​then ​students ​have until October 11, 2020 ​to ​complete ​and ​submit ​their ​project.
