Visit a School

Students in schools near your are implementing practices found in the 4 Disciplines of Execution® and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® to lead their own learning and achieve their own great purposes.

Come visit a school and see the impact a leadership culture can have on students, teachers, and administrators. On a school tour, you will see how students are actively participating in their own learning, speak with educators implementing the process, and learn more about Leader in Me and how it works.

At Newberry, we cultivate a positive, safe and academically rigorous environment that develops the whole person and empowers students to thrive as leaders. To the greatest extent possible, we integrate the math and science magnet focus into daily curriculum so that students grow up understanding the connections between these disciplines and the world around them. As leaders, Newberry students take ownership of their classrooms and the school through leadership roles, student voice committees and self-advocacy. Our very involved staff and families support this vision for leadership by active listening, teaching strategies and continuously revisiting our paradigms.
