Dr. Pantik Vachhani and his team will speak on surviving and thriving with blood cancer. These healthcare experts will cover all aspects of thriving with blood cancer, including medical information on blood cancer treatment, ways to manage drug therapy and its effects, tips for communicating with your health care team, strategies to manage disease and treatment side effects, strategies for managing ongoing cancer survivorship issues, including financial and employment challenges, as well as psychosocial issues. Additionally, participants will hear about support resources available locally and nationally through The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
