Tell Your Community’s Stories and They Will Tell Your Event’s Story
Producing an event is like building a campfire. A well-built fire will attract and retain people who will share what they have for the betterment of the group. The stories of those who gather are the stars, while your job is to maintain the fire. This session will show you how engagement tools including digital engagement platforms, intentional design, fulfilling stakeholder missions, fear of missing out, attendee psychographics and influencer marketing can all work together to empower everyone contributing to your event. Done well, they will help grow its reach and resonance.
Learner Outcomes:
Discuss examples of intentional experience design that provide the context attendees need to tell their personal truths
Explain how to make attendee and stakeholder values your most important engagement tools
Explore ways to inject more vulnerability, authenticity and an overall increase in humanity in every message your event shares
