Program

Adolescent and young adult (AYA) participants age 15-39 and their families will learn about key aspects of survivorship including the definition of survivorship, physical and psychosocial effects, employment and financial concerns, late and long term effects, the importance of nutrition and physical activity.  Additionally, participants will learn how to identify challenges in any of these areas and the resources and support available to meet those challenges.
