Program

This program will focus on the importance of developing your own Survivorship Care Plan. Topics will include physical, mental, medical and spiritual wellness. In addition, we will take a closer look at the psychological effects of a blood cancer diagnosis, such as fear of recurrence and relationship issues. Participants will also learn ways to manage and cope with long term and late effects of a blood cancer diagnosis, local and national resources as well as have their survivorship questions answered.

We encourage you to invite your caregiver and family members.
