The Materials Project Workshop: A full two-day workshop, plus an optional primer on Python programming and MongoDB databases the day before. The topic of the workshop will be software tools for data-driven computational materials science. The focus will be on open-source tools and services developed/maintained by the Materials Project. Some of our work, particularly about managing complex computational workflows at supercomputing clusters, may be of interest to those outside materials science, but how to drive these more general tools will not be the focus of the workshop. Faculty, students and industry users will be invited to participate.
