Center is excited to announce that our first silent retreat has been scheduled for Fri, Oct. 12 (starting at noon) - Sun Oct. 14 (ending at noon) at the beautiful Kenyon Ranch right outside Tucson. This registration cost includes the cost of the retreat itself, accommodations (double/triple occupancy room), lunch and dinner on Friday, three meals and snacks on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. The goal of this weekend retreat is to facilitate a deeper understanding of mindfulness and mindful practice to take back to their every day lives. We are excited you will be joining us!
