Program

A healthy lifestyle plays a key role in keeping the body strong, supporting the immune system and reducing risk for some diseases. The types and amounts of foods that we eat affect our energy levels, our moods and how we feel about ourselves. Similarly, exercise can reduce anxiety, fatigue and improve heart function and mental well-being.

During this program, participants will learn about key aspects of survivorship including physical health, wellness and nutrition. Additionally, they will learn how to identify challenges in any of these areas and strategies, resources, and support available to meet those challenges. Participants will also be able to identify support resources, both locally and nationally through LLS.

We encourage you to invite your caregiver & family members.
