A Message from the Co-Chairs and planning committee

Please join us at the Southern California Kaiser Permanente Anesthesiology Symposium at the Westin Long Beach Hotel on May 4, 2019. Our committee has planned an exciting program with the emphasis on Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine this year. We have arranged for recognized speakers in the field to offer insights and relevant advances in dealing with some of the most challenging cases encountered in the operating setting. This year we have also included a hands-on session on peripheral nerve blocks to the comprehensive agenda.

The topics we have chosen to focus on at the symposium include:

• Obstetrics Anesthesia,
• Regional Nerve Blocks,
• Emergency Airway Management,
• Steroids and Anesthesia Practice and;
• Pediatric Outpatient

It will be an exciting day of learning and getting the opportunity to meet with colleagues from around the region.  We encourage you to attend this meeting where you’ll be able to engage in discussions and participate in hands-on training to further improve your ability to provide the best quality of care for your patients.

The Westin Long Beach is located two blocks from local beaches and the Shoreline Village where you can enjoy waterfront dining and entertainment after a full day of dynamic presentations.
