Guide to your review process:
1. Collect your sub-committee reviews and make sure to have one review per submitted paper
2. Login with your user name and password created or provided to you
3. Start the online review of each Paper, providing the decision from your sub-committee
4. Complete each section as requested
5. Always save your changes by selecting "Proceed" at the bottom of the review page
6. Not ready to submit your review just yet, select "Save and Exit" and return later to review and submit
