What to expect
Please join us for a series of inspirational and empowering talks at the first ever Talking About Diabetes (TAD) event. Here you will have the chance to engage with several high-profile speakers who are living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) and hear first-hand, the challenges and sucesses they have experienced. This day is for anyone who wants to learn more about the achievements of others with T1D and be confident that the condition is not a barrier to great success.

This will be a full day event consisting of seven, 20 minute presentations with lunch provided at midday. Each presentation will conclude with a few minutes for audience questions before the next presentation begins. At the end of the day there will be a Q+A session with a panel of our experts hosted by Justin Webb. Please refer to the event agenda below for a breakdown of the day.
