Effective Administrators Workshop (Individual)
March 5–6, 2019
Administration in higher education is increasingly complex, with administrators taking on both formal and informal roles to support their institution. Through this workshop, individuals with new or expanded responsibilities for budgeting, planning, supervision and change management will learn strategies to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Attendees will receive guidance from experienced administrators on cultivating a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture while establishing a support network of peers at other institutions.
Advancing Strategy Workshop (Team)
March 6–8, 2019
A collaborative strategic planning process can create systematic and continuous quality improvement.
This team workshop brings together cross-functional groups of administrators to learn process and
tools for effective strategic planning in higher education. Teams will leave with a project charter to
develop a strategic plan that will improve their institution’s performance.
