This webinar will explore improving support for clients with mental health conditions. Kath will explain the main features of some common mental health conditions and discuss how to create a plan to help you adapt your support and services to accommodate the needs of clients with mental health conditions.

  • Explain mental health in general and list the main features of the four main mental health conditions
  • Prioritise the top five actions you should take to engage with clients with mental health conditions during appointments
  • Describe the top two things to consider when offering the following employment services to clients with mental health issues:
    • Recruitment and employer engagement
    • Development
    • In work support
