Strategic Implications of the Apprenticeship Reforms
These seminars are designed to help senior leaders and those involved in governance lead their organisations through the apprenticeships reforms and prepare for growth in apprenticeship delivery. Using the latest information and sharing experiences we will help you begin your planning process to adapt your organisation across the themes of:
  • Your delivery model
  • Responding to market needs
  • Working with employers
  • Your staff and resources
By joining this course, you will:
  • be more able to understand the strategic implications of apprenticeship reform for your own organisation within the context of the move to the new trailblazer standards;
  • gain a deep understanding on how the growth in apprenticeships and the transition to the standards should inform your strategic, financial and operational planning. You will also develop action plans to help you move from planning to implementation.
