AELP Workshop: Traineeships - Starting Successfully - Tuesday, 18 November 2014, Manchester
Participants will learn how providers and colleges have met the challenges of Traineeships in 2013-2014, delivering excellent outcomes for learners and employers. You will learn about latest policy developments from the Skills Funding Agency and about success factors from a provider with an excellent track record of Traineeship delivery to learners aged 16 to 23.
Expected Learning Outcomes
  • Learn about the key success factors in delivering Traineeships
  • Learn about the challenges and successes of varied approaches to delivering Traineeships
  • Learn about the latest policy on Traineeships
Traineeships – Starting Successfully will be of value to managers, team leaders, trainers and mentors from providers and colleges which plan to start Traineeship programmes in 2014 or 2015.
