The occupational action planning for apprenticeship standards in digital services package starts on 11th October with a one-day workshop in Birmingham focusing on Planning for Delivery, a second one-day workshop, on 15th November concentrates on Delivery, and an online seminar in December explores Delivery Improvement.

By the end of the package you will have:

  • strengthened your employer offer
  • developed a plan for engaging frontline staff
