| Instructions on Registering and Buying a booth. |
To register as a vendor and purchase a booth, hover your mouse over the booths on the floor plan. Grey booths are available and yellow booths are reserved. When you have chosen your booth, click it and you will be taken to the registration page to enter your information and pay for your booth.
Note: You can drag the floor plan with your mouse or use the navigation and enlarge controls on the right to make the floor plan larger or smaller.
You can only make one selection. If you need to combine two or more booths STOP. You must call us at 770-928-EXPO so that we can redraw them on the floor plan.
If you need to make changes come back to this page and click the 'Modify Registration' button at the bottom of this page.
Steps you will have to do to complete your Registration.
1. Pick your booth from the floor plan below.
2. You will then need to enter your email address to start the registration process.
PLEASE ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS. If you cannot answer all the questions at this time, please return at a later time and complete the answers as the answers you provide populate the website floor plan. Incomplete questions will result in an incomplete floor plan that attendees will see..
3. Make your payment. We are asking for a 50% deposit with the balance being due 60 days before the event, but you can pay the full amount if you choose. If you are paying by check, click the box and mail a check to Forever And A Day LLC, PO Box 1096, Woodstock GA 30188.
4. Please make a note of you booth reference number. If you have to return to your profile to make any changes, return to the "Buy a Booth" page on the web site and scroll down below the floor plan and click "Modify Registration" button.
5. Please email your photo or logo to Support@AwakenedSpiritExpo.com. Be sure to put your Registration Number in the email.
6. If you want to speak send your Title and Subject to Support@AwakenedSpiritExpo.com. Be sure to put your Registration Number in the email. (Speaking positions are limited and will be selected later by committee, we do not guaranteed you a speaking slot.)
